writing a journal: journaling your thoughts down helps you de-stress and let go of unexpressed emotions.writing down your thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly isn’t bad but sometime it can be hard to journal down your emotions, most of the time we just want to express ourselves by voicing out the problem . You can understand your own thought and behavior habits better if you write down your feelings and thoughts. You might also be able to figure out what makes you feel bad and come up with ways to deal with them. Writing in a journal can also help you feel better because it lets you release and talk about tough feelings in a safe and private place.
speaking to someone you trust: another way to handle your emotions is by talking to someone you trust and by opening up to someone about how you feel, find a time when your trusted person can give you their full attention. You’ll also want to feel comfortable, so choose somewhere that feels right for you. Talking to someone you trust about something upsetting may help you to see through the problem. See the situation more clearly. Look at the problem in a new or different way.
Acceptance ; acknowledging that is ok for you to feel down and sometimes is ok for things to go out of control sometimes, makes it the first process of talking control of your emotions ,and not fighting yourself about things that you couldn’t control .have compassion for yourself, be kind to yourself during your down moments ,try to understand the reason you feel that way and what the feelings are trying to tell you . challenge those little voices in your head that gives you panic attack ,know that its okay to cry ,it doesn’t make you weak .
