2 BBC Racing Commentator John Hunt wife Carol Hunt

John Hunt has expressed his gratitude for the outpouring of support that he has received following the horrific crossbow attack that claimed the lives of his wife and two daughters. ITV’s Mark Chapman, who is a close friend of the BBC racing commentator, disclosed that every word of support “feels like a hug” to Mr. Hunt. Mr. Hunt is extremely grateful for the thoughts that have been extended towards him and his daughter Amy, who is still alive.

It is suspected that the victims, Carol Hunt, 61, Hannah Hunt, 28, and Louise Hunt, 25, were discovered with fatal injuries by their husband and father, John, who is a commentator for BBC Five Live racing. John returned to their family home in Bushey on June 9 and discovered the victims. Unfortunately, all three of the women passed away at the scene of the accident, despite the best efforts of the emergency personnel.

The BBC asked Chapman about his chats with Hunt, and he shared that each supporting letter feels like a comfortable embrace. Chapman spoke about his conversations with Hunt. He went on to say, “As far as what has transpired, it is still beyond belief that something like this could happen to any family anywhere in the world whatsoever.” If you ever find yourself in need of our assistance, John, know that we are here for you.

The 26-year-old suspect in the crimes, Kyle Clifford, appears to have become paralyzed at this point, and the police have not yet questioned him about the deaths.

It has been claimed that a man who is accused of committing three murders inside a house in London has left himself paralyzed as a result of injuries that he inflicted on himself. According to the Mirror, the suspect in the terror attack was discovered unconscious in a cemetery in Enfield, London, after a thorough manhunt. He was then rushed to the hospital for prompt medical attention.

In light of his current medical condition, the Herts Police have been unable to question him regarding the attacks that he carried out. A police spokeswoman explained the delay to the Mirror as follows: “A suspect continues to be under arrest and continues to receive treatment in the hospital.” Because of his health, law enforcement officials have not yet been able to conduct an interview with him. Detectives from our Major Crime Unit are continuing their investigation despite the fact that this has occurred.

The authorities are reportedly looking into a triple homicide, which involves three ladies being brutally murdered with a crossbow, according to reports from The Sun. Because Clifford, the offender, is suffering from terrible injuries that he caused on himself, it is anticipated that he will never walk again.

One of the victims, Louise, who is also believed to have been Clifford’s ex-girlfriend, is said to have sent a text message to her partner, which ultimately resulted in the situation being reported to the authorities.

The authorities conducted a comprehensive search for Clifford across the entirety of Hertfordshire and north London before finally identifying him at Lavender Hill Cemetery. Emergency teams are seen gathered around a figure that appears to be Clifford, who is seen stretched out on a gurney in dramatic overhead footage that was obtained from the cemetery on the day that the search was conducted.

Clifford’s time in the military was short-lived, as he served in the British Army for a brief period in 2022 before leaving. An insider from Whitehall revealed: “His service was brief, and he is no longer an active member of the armed forces.”

After the heartbreaking loss of Carol, Hannah, and Louise, Mr. Hunt shared a deeply moving statement, conveying his profound grief and the immense magnitude of the tragedy.

He expressed, “Despite the immense tragedy that has engulfed our lives, causing unimaginable destruction, there has been a remarkable outpouring of support, with some messages still awaiting our attention.” Amy, my eldest daughter, has been incredibly inspiring with her guidance and encouragement for me, which I am striving so diligently, to emulate. Each message has carried a profound significance, akin to a comforting embrace.
