The child, who was travelling with his family to attend meetings with professionals from the music industry, is accused of being assaulted by the rapper, who is 54 years old, in a hotel room in New York City with his family in 2005.

Another lawsuit has been filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging that he drugged and sexually assaulted a youngster who was ten years old.

The boy was allegedly molested by the rapper, who was 54 years old at the time, in a hotel room in New York City in the year 2005.

An additional new lawsuit has been filed against the incarcerated hip-hop entrepreneur, alleging that he assaulted a 17-year-old who was interested in competing on the reality television series Making the Band in the year 2008.

Combs is accused of sexually assaulting a number of individuals at parties and meetings over the course of the past two decades, and these charges are the most recent in a series of lawsuits filed by accusers.

In response to the two additional allegations, the attorneys for Combs rejected them and accused the attorney for the plaintiffs, Anthony Buzbee, of trying to gain publicity. More than one hundred fifty of the rapper’s alleged victims are being represented by Mr. Buzbee, who claims to have filed at least seventeen lawsuits on their behalf.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” a statement that was sent electronically stated. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

Following his arrest on September 16, Combs entered a plea of not guilty to federal sex trafficking allegations that were included in an indictment that was unsealed. He is currently being held in a jail in New York City during this time.

Coercing and abusing women, as well as using extortion and violence to silence victims, are all allegations that have been levelled against him.

In this case, the kid, who was ten years old and had not been recognised, was described as an aspiring rapper and actor. He had flown from California with his parents in order to attend meetings with officials from the music industry.

During what was intended to be an audition, he was handed a soft drink that contained a narcotic by a member of Combs’s staff.

In the case, it is stated that Combs pushed him down and forced him to engage in oral sex before he lost consciousness.

In the lawsuit, it was stated that the rapper threatened to cause severe harm to the child’s parents if he disclosed the incident to anybody.

A male who has not been identified stated that Combs coerced him into engaging in oral sex with the music mogul and a bodyguard during a three-day audition for the Making the Band television show, which Combs produced. The audition took place in the United States.

When it came to the latter, Combs presented it as a “test” to determine how much the young person wanted to be successful in the music industry.

According to the complaint, the seventeen-year-old was eliminated from the competition and barred from returning to the music industry for a period of seven years after expressing his concerns.

Both claims were filed in accordance with the Victims of Gender Motivated Violence Protection Act of New York City, which permits survivors to file lawsuits even after the statute of limitations has expired.

The criminal trial of Combs is planned to take place on May 5th, 2025.
