Even though Ariana Grande is apologising for what seems to be a mixup, there are some individuals who think that she is using language that contains a significant amount of connotation.
Elvira, the horror queen, disclosed at an event held at Knott’s Berry Farm over the weekend that she had previously offered to give Ariana Grande and her family 21 tickets to attend one of her performances. However, the singer declined the offer in order to take a picture with her. The winner of the Grammy Award responded on Monday after Elvira’s revelation.
The video that Elvira, whose actual name is Cassandra Peterson, published from the Halloween-themed event contained a veiled reference to the fact that one of her most uncomfortable encounters with a celebrity “rhymes with Pariana Mande.” Elvira uploads the footage from the event. In addition to that, she provided pictures that were an excerpt from a story that was published in Parade and that specifically mentioned Grande.
The singer responded to the post on Monday, stating, “I am so disheartened to see anything like this.” Her response was posted on the post.
“I actually don’t even remember getting the chance to meet you because I had an anxiety attack and, to my memory, left before the rest of my family (this was around seven years ago, and at the time I was really not great with being in public crowds or loud places),” Grande said in her statement. “I would have loved to have the opportunity to meet you.”
She then continued by stating, “But if I’m misremembering this moment, I sincerely apologise for offending you in such a manner.” I would want to take this opportunity to thank you for the thoughtful and kind manner in which you dealt with my mother. She expressed to me how wonderful you were, and although she may have different feelings about it today, I will talk to her about it.It should come as no surprise that each of us has our days off.
Subsequently, Grande closed her remarks by stating that she would “send love always” and that Elvira will “always be our queen of Halloween.” On the other hand, there were other individuals on social media who believed that the comment she made about her mother was an attempt to legitimately criticise her.
According to a person who wrote on X, which was then known as Twitter, “I don’t understand the’she told me how lovely you were…’ to the then extra’she might have different feelings about that now’ should have been kept out; it feels like a jab, like just apologising ain’t no need for all that,” according to the person who made the statement.
During the course of the weekend, Elvira disclosed that Grande herself had questioned about the possibilities of her relatives taking photographs with the horror hostess. In response, the horror hostess stated that she would be willing to comply and even included some signatures in her handwritten message. However, when she asked Grande for a picture, the singer allegedly answered by saying, “No, I don’t really accomplish that.” This was in response to her request.
Continuing, Elvira said, “I mean, come on,” in response to the audible booing that was occurring. Immediately after that, she left prior to the start of my particular program.
For a considerable amount of time, Grande has been transparent about her struggle with anxiety, and she has been vocal in her support of the ways in which therapy was instrumental in preventing her death. The fact that loyal followers of the 31-year-old believe that she did not try to come off as unfriendly has resulted in a heated argument. This is despite the fact that many people on social media believe that her apologises on Instagram are insufficient.
