The Thor star collaborated with the musician on a documentary series about the health advantages of learning an instrument, and he accompanied Sheeran’s performance in front of 60,000 fans.
Chris Hemsworth, a famous actor from Hollywood, shocked Ed Sheeran fans at a concert in Romania by joining the singer’s band on stage and playing the drums.
As part of a documentary series that investigates the positive effects that learning an instrument can have on one’s cognitive health, the actor, who is 41 years old, collaborated with the musician.
At the National Arena in Bucharest on Saturday, he was there to accompany Ed Sheeran as he performed his song “Thinking Out Loud” in front of around 60,000 fans attending the show.
Following that, he shared a video on Instagram with the Australian actor, in which he said that the incident was a part of a show that was being produced about the boundaries of the human body.
The series “Limitless With Chris Hemsworth” features him taking on a variety of obstacles in order to investigate the challenges that people all around the world experience on a daily basis. These challenges include pain, fear, cognitive disability, and social connection.
To accompany the video, Sheeran included a note in which he expressed his admiration for the actor, saying, “He was fantastic!! My opinion is that he should be given a permanent position in the band.
Positive feedback was also received from followers on Instagram, with one user writing, “It was insane. Thank you so much for this surprise.”
An additional participant wrote: “Imagine you’re at an Ed Sheeran concert having the time of your life, and then you find out Thor has been playing the drums the whole time” .
Over the course of the first season of National Geographic, Hemsworth tested the boundaries of his body and mind by, among other things, investigating the effects of fasting and the ways in which stress might be managed.
Before beginning his career in Hollywood, Hemsworth made his debut in the Australian soap opera Home and Away to begin his acting career.
The most recent movie he is working on is Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, in which he will be starring with Anya Taylor-Joy as the warlord leader Dementus. He previously played the role of Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
There will be a premiere of his show “Limitless With Chris Hemsworth” in 2025.
