Afrobeats sensation Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, better known by her stage name Ayra Starr, reveals the reassuring impact that her family life has had on her despite the fact that she is gaining more and more notoriety and popularity.
Ayra made the admission during an interview with Coco Jones for the Rolling Stone series Musicians that she always stays with her family in Nigeria. In addition, she conveyed her gratitude for the daily pleasures and the occasional chaos that are associated with this arrangement.
“I continue to reside with my family whenever I travel back to Nigeria,” she stated in her statement. She responded by saying, “My brothers are making a lot of noise while they are playing video games.”
Another discovery that Ayra made was the realisation that she seeks the guidance of her friends when it comes to matters of personalised fashion. Through the use of a group chat, she constantly communicated with her friends in order to solicit their opinions on the ensembles that she wears.
After that, she continued by expressing, “I continue to include my friends in my life.” During the course of our conversation as a group, I enquired about their opinions regarding the garments that I am currently wearing. I am grateful to God for my parents, my siblings, and my close friends. In spite of this, there are times when I am unable to deal with it and I have to disappear because it is too much for me to take.
