A woman has filed a lawsuit in New York, leading to additional sexual assault allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The recent civil case involves a woman, referred to as Jane Doe, who alleges that she was subjected to repeated instances of rape and drugging at the residences of the music mogul, resulting in pregnancy following one of these incidents.
A sequence of comparable legal actions has been initiated by women against Combs, 54, who was apprehended at a hotel in New York last week on charges related to sex trafficking, drug possession, and firearms offences.
A recent lawsuit was initiated on Friday targeting Combs, his affiliated companies, and multiple associates, aiming for unspecified damages related to physical injuries, significant emotional distress, humiliation, anxiety, and additional harm.
The individual asserts that she encountered Combs overseas in 2020, with the incidents of assault and harassment persisting until July of this year.
She reports frequent coercion and harassment compelling her to travel to Combs’ residences in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and other locations, where, during each visit, the rapper would require her to “perform a show” for him.
In a reported incident from July 2022, the individual asserts that she lost consciousness following the administration of substances, including ketamine, against her will.
Subsequently, she reportedly conducted a pregnancy test and informed Combs of a positive result. An associate of the music producer consistently pressured her to terminate the pregnancy. The legal complaint indicates that she experienced a miscarriage.
Marie Napoli and Joseph Ciaccio, the woman’s attorneys, also claim that Combs and his associates followed her around and eavesdropped on her conversations.
She claims Combs discouraged her from working and gave her an “allowance” that he used to control her.
“No one is above the law. Fame and wealth do not protect Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse,” Ms. Napoli said in a statement.
Combs has been facing civil allegations including rape, sexual assault, and forced drugging since November 2023.
He has pleaded not guilty to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking but remains jailed, having been denied bail. His attorney said he is innocent and will fight to clear his name.
When the Associated Press news agency contacted Combs’ attorney, he did not respond to the allegations made in Friday’s lawsuit.
