The rapper and sports fan was watching the dressage final when a very unusual companion joined him. Team GB won yet another medal owing to their third-place finish, which was a result of their performance.
Snoop Dogg, an avid fan of the Olympics and a special correspondent, was seen in Paris on Saturday watching the dressage competition while wearing a whole set of equestrian costumes, including a hat.
The individual, who was 52 years old at the time, was transported to the stands at the Palace of Versailles in Paris by means of a golf cart while wearing breeches, a dressage tailcoat, and a hard helmet.
Additionally, he wore sunglasses and a ‘S’ insignia located on his jacket as part of his attire.
The unlikely friend Martha Stewart, with whom Snoop has previously co-hosted a television show, was present, and the American chef was wearing an outfit that was almost identical to the one that Snoop was wearing.
During his brief appearance on NBC, the rapper expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming equestrian competition.
“I am interested in the horses that dance,” he stated in response. “And I would like to offer them some apples and carrots,” she said. In order to prevent them from doing their thing, make sure they are nourished.
During the dressage team grand prix special, Snoop and Stewart were able to witness an exciting morning. Becky Moody, a rider from the United Kingdom, achieved the highest first-round score on her horse, Jagerbomb.
Carl Hester and Charlotte Fry, the cyclist’s teammates, finally ended up in third place, behind Germany and Denmark. The rider himself finished in first place.
As part of his packed itinerary in Paris, Snoop has already attended beach volleyball and judo competitions, as well as cheered on Team USA gymnast Simone Biles while she was wearing a T-shirt with her face on it.
In addition to that, he was the one who carried the Olympic Torch on the very last day of its voyage across the areas of the French capital.
He later made the following statement about that moment: “Something I’m going to be able to live with and be happy with [is] to know that I was the face and the voice of peace for that one moment in time.”
Snoop Dogg has put himself in the public eye for the second consecutive Olympics that he has participated in.
When he referred to one of the animals that participated in the dressage competition as a “crip-walking horse” in 2021, his criticism of the sport went viral.
