With 107 nods, Netflix has the most of any network and has received a lot of praise for “The Crown” and “Baby Reindeer.” “The Crown,” which was nominated for 18 awards, had a thrilling last season that showed in two parts in November and December. This season, which was about the sad death of Diana, Princess of Wales, Dame Imelda Staunton played Queen Elizabeth II and Dominic West played Prince Charles. Both actors were praised for their excellent performances.

Eleven nominations were made for “Baby Reindeer,” a great limited series written by Richard Gadd. Gadd’s performance as Donny in the series earned him a nod for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited Series, and his writing was praised by critics as well. The series, which is based on Gadd’s real life, tells the scary story of a woman named Martha Scott following his character around. After the show came out, Fiona Harvey came forward and said she was the model for Martha Scott. She then sued Netflix for defamation and other charges.

Aside from the awards for “The Crown” and “Baby Reindeer,” other well-known British performers were nominated in a number of categories. As Sam Nelson in the Apple TV+ show “Hijack,” Idris Elba was nominated for a Golden Globe for Lead Actor in a Drama Series. In the same way, Gary Oldman was nominated for his role as Jackson Lamb in “Slow Horses.”
