The star, who was born in London, was regarded as a “legendary” actor because he brought to life characters from some of the most popular television shows in the United Kingdom, such as Doctor Who and Thunderbirds.
Peppa Pig and Thunderbirds were two of the most popular television cartoons in the United Kingdom, and David Graham, whose voice was featured in those episodes, has passed away. The celebrity, who was born in London, was 99 years old.
Graham was referred to as a “legendary” actor by Jamie Anderson, who is the son of Gerry Anderson, the creator of Thunderbirds. Jamie Anderson termed Graham a “legendary” actor.
Graham brought to life the Thunderbirds puppet characters Gordon Tracy, the scientist Brains, and Aloysius “Nosey” Parker, who served as Lady Penelope’s driver, in the series about the covert International Rescue organisation.
“David, know that we will miss you very much. Anderson’s post on X, which confirmed the loss of David on Friday, stated that “our thoughts are with David’s friends and family presently.”
After that, Anderson paid respect to Graham, who also provided the voice for the villainous Daleks in Doctor Who, by stating, “David was always a wonderful friend to us here at Anderson Entertainment.”
“Just a few weeks ago, I was with 2,000 Anderson fans at a Gerry Anderson concert in Birmingham, where we sang him happy birthday on such a joyous occasion,” Anderson also said in an interview.
And now, after only a few weeks have passed, he has abandoned us. In every situation, David was considerate and giving with both his time and his abilities. What a remarkable ability!”
After highlighting all of the characters that Graham had played, Anderson continued by saying, “He will be sorely missed.”
In the ITV version of Thunderbirds Are Go, which aired between 2015 and 2020, Graham reprised his role as Parker. However, he did not reprise the part in the live-action film adaptation of the film, which was released in 2004 and starred Ron Cook.
It was Gerry Anderson, who passed away in 2012, and his second wife, Sylvia, who provided the voice of Lady Penelope, who were responsible for the creation of the first Thunderbirds, which was released in 1965.
Additionally, Graham also provided the voice for characters in Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom and portrayed the role of Grandpa Pig in the children’s television show Peppa Pig.
Doctor Who, Coronation Street, and Casualty were among the television shows in which he appeared in person.
