Carol Hunt and her daughters, Louise and Hannah, tragically lost their lives at their home in Bushey, Hertfordshire, on July 10.
An inquest has revealed the tragic news that the wife of a well-known Sky and BBC racing broadcaster passed away from stab wounds, while their two daughters tragically lost their lives due to crossbow bolt injuries.
Carol Hunt, along with her husband John Hunt and their two daughters, Louise and Hannah, tragically lost their lives at their home in Bushey, Hertfordshire, on July 10.
The inquest, held at Hertfordshire Coroner’s Court, revealed that Hannah had sent a message to someone, informing them that she had been restrained at her residence.
She requested assistance in contacting the authorities, expressing concern that the individual responsible was present at the residence.
After the incident, Ms. Hunt promptly contacted the authorities to report the tragic event in which she, her mother, and her sister were shot.
It was possible for her to provide her address. After that, the call was broken off, according to the hearing.
Geoffrey Sullivan, the senior coroner for Hertfordshire, was informed that when the officers came, they discovered Hannah while she was still alive at the main doorway of the house. She had a crossbow bolt still embedded in her chest.
Following this, the coroner decided to postpone the inquest so that any criminal procedures might take place first.
Despite the fact that Kyle Clifford was taken into custody on suspicion of murdering the three ladies, the police have not yet been able to question him.
