During an assault that took place on July 29 at a dancing class with a Taylor Swift theme, Alice da Silva Aguiar, Bebe King, who was six years old, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, who was seven years old, all lost their lives.
Her parents have provided a picture of the girl, who was nine years old at the time of the stabbing incident that occurred at a dance class with a Taylor Swift theme. The daughter was present at the workshop on the day of the attack.
On the morning of Monday, July 29, Alice da Silva Aguiar is seen in the picture standing next to a cardboard version of Taylor Swift. The event took place at the Hart Space community space in Southport.
She was one of three girls who passed away as a result of the attack, which also resulted in other youngsters being hurt.
Sergio and Alexandra, Alice’s parents, who are Portuguese natives from Madeira, shared the image. The photo was revealed as hundreds of people gathered at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Southport today for the funeral of their daughter.
A street in the town of Merseyside was lined with members of the public in order to pay their respects to Alice as the funeral procession approached.

“Every night, we looked forward to snuggling up with you.”
In a message that was given out on their behalf during the service, Alice’s parents said, “You were our perfect dreamchild, and everything was perfect from the moment you arrived.” At the same time as being a lover of animals and an aspiring environmentalist, she is also a good girl who possesses strong morals and a kind temperament.
“With your self-assurance and compassion, you made a difference in our world. The house rule that you implemented was that there would be no yelling, which was a significant challenge for a young girl, particularly in a Portuguese household. She was playful, lively, kind, and always so respectful.
“Being around you was a privilege, we cherished every milestone, you completed us… we loved cuddling you every night for almost nine years; apart from sleepovers and nights away with your friends, we were never apart.”
The bereaved parents continued by saying, “Your to-do list was extensive, and we were sure that you would achieve it, if only you had the time.” They went on to say that their daughter was dedicated to both her dance and her schoolwork.
“It hurts; we will never see you grow up.”
Additionally, Sergio and Alexandra were quoted as saying that they have been contemplating whether or not there was anything they could have done to prevent her passing, and they added, “We will never get over this pain.”
Her parents published a message and additional pictures of their daughter throughout her brief life.
Some depict her as a much younger girl attending ballet classes, while others show her outside of school. They are both different.

The principal of Churchtown Primary School, Jinnie Payne, stated earlier in the ceremony that Alice was a lively student who enjoyed playing her ukelele with the choir. He mentioned this several times throughout the ceremony. Additionally, she mentioned that she had a passion for singing.
She continued by saying that Alice would frequently devour two bowls of porridge each time she went to breakfast club, but she “refused to be referred to as Goldilocks.” She further stated that she was not a fan of the term “Goldilocks.” Additionally, she mentioned that the girl would answer by saying, “It’s Alice in Wonderland, if you don’t mind!” in response to the question.
As Ms. Payne was drawing to a close on her tribute, she found herself overcome with emotion and made the following statement: “We are letting you go dancing now, Alice. Teach those angels a few dance moves.” You are in a magical place all by yourself, with your own ideas, so do not stop daydreaming, Alice. You are living in your own thoughts.
If you are able to do magic on a daily basis, then we will be able to witness the power that your magical ability possesses. It is my prayer that your dazzling smile will guide you, Alice, and that it will shine brightly on each and every one of us equally.

“I am embarrassed and deeply sorry that you even had to take this into consideration when you were making arrangements for the burial of your lovely daughter Alice. The anguish that they have caused you, a family that is grieving, is something that I hope anyone who has participated in the violent disorder that has been occurring on our streets over the past thirteen days is hanging their head in shame.
Patrick Hurley, a member of parliament for Labour in Southport, made the following statement during the memorial service: “There are no adequate words to express the town’s shock and distress at the atrocity that befell Alice and the other little girls two weeks ago.”
At the same time, Sara Madruga da Costa, a Portuguese lawmaker who represents the island of Madeira, participated in the funeral service and expressed gratitude to the authorities in the United Kingdom for their efforts in reaction to the tragedy.
Outside the cathedral, hundreds of people listen to the funeral.
Before the funeral began, the crowd began to applaud as the carriage carrying Alice’s white casket reached the door of the church. This occurred before the service began.

“She will always remain in our hearts as the sweet, kind, and spirited girl we adore,” the pair stated in their statement.
In addition to this, they disclosed that Bebe’s sister, Genie, who is nine years old, was there during the assault and was able to flee.
There are three counts of murder and ten counts of attempted murder that have been brought against Axel Rudakubana, who is 18 years old.
According to the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC), 779 individuals have been arrested in connection with the rioting, and 349 of those individuals have been charged.
