Ashley Parham, a California resident, accused Combs of sexual assault and battery, abuse, false detention, and kidnapping in a lawsuit filed in Northern California federal court that USA TODAY received on Tuesday. She claims to have electronically met Combs in February 2018, when a man she met at a pub initiated a FaceTime chat with the Bad Boy Records founder outside the bar.

According to Parham’s lawsuit, the man from the bar “set her up” to be assaulted by Combs after she claimed he was involved in musician Tupac Shakur’s 1996 murder during a phone call. According to her, the claimed assault occurred on March 23, 2018, in the man’s flat in Orinda, California (a city outside of Oakland).

Combs threatened her with a knife and, with many unknown accomplices, raped her, according to Parham.

Kristina Khorram, Combs’ “right hand” at Combs Enterprises, is among the co-defendants accused of assisting Combs’ predatory sexual behaviour by setting up (Parham) to be sexually assaulted and raped by Defendant Diddy, as well as assisting in covering up the crime.

She is asking for $50 million in damages and a jury trial.

USA TODAY has asked Combs and Khorram’s reps for comment.TMZ initially reported on Parham’s lawsuit.

Parham allegedly told an officer from the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Office, who arrived on the scene after receiving a call from a neighbour, that she had been “violently gang raped” by Combs and accomplices.

She claims to have gone to the hospital for treatment and tests, including a rape kit. While there, she claims Walnut Creek Police officers took her statement, which excluded Combs’ name as she testified “because she believed she would be ignored… and/or further harmed by Defendant Diddy if he discovered she named him to police.”

She also alleges she filed a report with the Orinda Police Department, “but was again too afraid to name Defendant Diddy as one of her assailants.”

USA TODAY has asked the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Office, Walnut Creek Police Department, and Orinda Police Department for comment.

The case comes one day after six civil suits were filed against Combs, alleging sexual assault of minors and various rape claims between 1995 and 2021. Since his ex-girlfriend Cassie accused him of raping and abusing her over a decade in a settled case, the hip-hop legend has faced at least a dozen legal lawsuits over the past year.

Cassie received an eight-figure settlement payout, according to Combs’ lawyers’ court filing.

Combs was arrested and accused with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution one month ago. Despite the legal and criminal claims against him, he has maintained his innocence.
