According to what Best shared with PEOPLE, “She is incredible in terms of her intelligence, effortlessly beautiful, boundlessly creative, and she exudes kindness to everyone she does meet.” “Throughout our adult lives, we have been through everything together, and I have witnessed her transformation into an incredible woman. Best claims that “Paris is Lainey’s favorite city,” and he made the decision to propose to her after learning that the Games will be hosted in Paris. He knew that Paris would be the ideal location for the proposal.
