The title that Sky Sports chose for Lando Norris’ post-Hungarian Grand Prix interview was one that fans couldn’t help but notice. “Doing him dirty” was the accusation that was made against the broadcaster for their caption.

Norris was once again the bridesmaid rather than the bride, as he finished in second place behind his McLaren teammate Oscar Piastri, who celebrated his first Grand Prix victory. This was despite the fact that Norris had another good performance at the Hungaroring. After taking the lead at the first corner of the race, Piastri continued to dominate for the majority of the race. However, Norris was able to regain the lead by undercutting Piastri during their last pit stops.

With three laps remaining, the British driver, who was 24 years old at the time, found himself in the middle of a heated argument over the team radio. He disobeyed the coach’s repeated requests to allow Piastri to pass. His race engineer made an effort to remind him of his responsibility to the team by saying, “I tried to protect you,” but Norris eventually gave in and made a concession.

However, Murray has confirmed that he will be competing in the doubles event at Wimbledon.

The sadness that Norris felt after the race was evident as he recalled the events that had transpired throughout the day. The seemingly scathing caption that Sky Sports had written about his track record of coming in second place would not have helped this feeling.

An accompanying caption read, “Lando Norris has finished second 12 times in his career but only has one win.” This caption showed Norris reminiscing about his experience with the presenter in a solemn manner.

In a short amount of time, it was shared on many social media platforms, with one user sharing the video along with the comment, “They did Lando dirty.” That was quite the “burn” from the sky, according to another observer. A number of more responses included the statements “They’re just telling the facts as they are” and “Sky 1-0 Lando.”

In 2019, Norris made his debut in the Formula One racing series. Since that time, he has competed in 117 races, but he did not experience his first victory until the Miami Grand Prix, which took place in May of this year.

Norris was noticeably unhappy after missing out on a victory in Hungary, despite the fact that he was having his finest season to date. During the course of this season, the British driver has had multiple opportunities to finish on the podium, including races in Austria and Spain; yet, he has only managed to achieve one victory to his credit.

time, heThe moment that he was spotted throwing away his P2 hat in Hungary and then yelling at Lewis Hamilton, who had commended the speed of Norris’s car by exclaiming, “Whoo, you guys are fast!” was the moment that best encapsulated his feelings. In retaliation, Norris brought to Hamilton’s attention the fact that, once upon a time, had, too, driven the quickest car on the grid. This is the straightforward response that the Mercedes-Benz driver gave: “I wasn’t complaining; I was just complimenting you on your car!”
